Nube Custom made cold rolled bright steel tubes for chair frames, made from Q195 or Q235 bright SPCC cold rolled coils, and tube formed on state-of-the-art European tube making machines. These tubes conform to Form 220 – 320, and offer the highest level of surface finish for high quality chromed finishes.

Finishing Processes

Electroplating. Nube standard ‘Chrome’ frames are 9 – 11μm (micron) thick, 3-phase and Trivalent plated with; dull nickel, bright nickel, and finally a long lasting and hardwearing chromium plating layer to finish. We can also offer the below finishes individually or in any combination;

  • Chromate, black
  • Powder Coating, Dupont, Akzo Nobel
  • Natural finishes, brushed, polished, bead blasted, sand blasted

ALUMINIUM

Diecasts and extruded profiles, from furniture feet and bases, to connecting structural parts.
